- RSVP: Please rsvp through the paperless post invitation or by emailing us directly to downingdorsey2017@gmail.com.
- All rsvps must be received by January 17th.
- Book your rooms by January 17th to guarantee availability. The Downing Dorsey block will be lifted on this date and any unbooked rooms will be open to the public.
- Rooms are 100% prepaid at the time of booking.
- Stay requirements by accommodation:
- Inn: No minimum stay
- Casitas & Villas: 2 day minimum stay
- Ocean View Homes: 5 day minimum stay and require the rental of a four wheel drive vehicle.
- You MUST book your accommodations through Rancho Santana as it is a requirement of the venue. Do not book through AIRBNB or other booking sites.
- Bring cash and carry small bills. No need to exchange currency.
- Weather: It tends to be pretty hot at this time of year, mid-80’s to mid=90’s.
- Cell Phones: WIFI is available at all properties.We recommend turning off your "data roaming" and using the available WIFI. International charges can add up quickly unless you have an international calling plan.
- Babysitting: The ranch is very family-friendly. English and Spanish speaking babysitters are available for half or full days between the hours of 7am and 9pm. To make a reservation contact concierge@ranchosantana.com.
